Check-out : 11:00 AM

We need access to the hotel suites for normal cleaning and maintenance so they are ready for the next guests. Late check-out charges will apply.

Payment Terms

A valid credit card is required to reserve the hotel suite(s). We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

If no other arrangements are made, this same credit card will be charged for payment of your stay.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the seasonality and small size of our operation, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.

We require 24 hours notice prior to the arrival date to cancel your reservation(s). If a cancellation is received within the 24 hours cancellation period, then the full booking rate will apply unless the suite(s) can be re-booked for the period reserved by you. The credit card on file will be charged.

Noise Policy

The hotel reserves the right to charge a noise disturbance fee if compensation is given to other guests due to noise. Fee will be charged to the credit card used to book the accommodations.

Accessibility

Suite 5, 6 & 7 in Brockville are accessible by elevator and most suited to those with limited mobility, as they are mono-level (not loft) suites. They are not, however, handicap accessible.

Pets

We do not allow pets in the hotel for allergy reasons.

Smoking

Our hotel is a non-smoking facility.

Conservation Measure

As a conservation measure, we normally do not change the sheets every day of your stay with us. If you would like your sheets changed, please just ask. Towels that are hung on the rack will not be replaced. If you wish to have new towels, please leave them on the floor and housekeeping will provide new towels for your room.
